The solution is to adjust the record player to fix this problem (best left to a qualified person), or turn the auto stop switch on the turntable to 'off'(see photo below - the switch is in the red circled area).

The images sent for the labels will be printed with a small loss on the edges. The example image above has a red circle near the edge to demonstrate the 'safety zone'. The small area on the outside will be lost when printed. Any text printed on the image should therefore not be printed exactly at the outside of the label image (see area highlighted by yellow arrows).
