If you already have your tracks available for Side A and Side B to send via email or transfer service, please send to the Moon Custom Records email provided after purchase. Please do not send Apple.Itunes files because I am unable to play them.

If the file sizes are too large for email attachments, I recommend sending to my email address using a free file transfer service, such as www.wetransfer.com or www.filemail.com. Google Drive is also a popular option with customers.

If sending your tracks by post via CD, etc please send to my address provided after purchase.

As stated in the listing, all artwork/designs must be submitted in a finished state, ready for printing. I am now 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫.

The label templates show the available space for the circular label designs. You get two labels, one for each side. If you can't use the label template, I will do the template work for you if you send your label designs to me.

If printed labels are not purchased, then record labels and cover will be blank.

For your custom outer cover/sleeve, I will need your designs for the front sleeve and rear sleeve.

These need to be square to suit the sleeve shape. .JPG or .PNG files are the files most commonly used.

Please don't send Microsoft Publisher or similar files - please export them in .PNG and send these for printing.

Record spine:

An option to have a printed cover spine is available. Please use the "spine template" and send your design separately with your 2 cover designs and 2 labels. https://www.blogger.com/blog/post/edit/8169037978739952219/9029752406756688021?hl=en

If no spine design is needed this area will be printed blank.

Music: 1. You can send your music files in two ways: i) Send your files via email or file transfer service. Popular file transfer services include transfernow.net, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox etc. Most popular sound file formats are fine to send. The most common files types are WAV, FLAC, m4a and mp3. True WAV and FLAC files should be the best quality and will make a better sounding record. mp3 is used a lot in orders, and can be OK sounding at the higher bitrates (320kps). You may choose the playing times from the options on the 12" vinyl LP listings to suit the playing time of your songs: Playing Time Options : 10" record: 26 minutes = 26-27 minutes max. 28 minutes = 28-29 minutes max. 30 minutes = 30-31 minutes max. 12" record: 28 minutes = 28-29 minutes max. 30 minutes = 30-31 minutes max. 32 minutes = 32-33 minutes max. 34 minutes = 34-35 minutes max. 36 minutes = 36-37 minutes max. 38 minutes = 38-39 minutes max. 40 minutes = 40-41 minutes max. 42 minutes = 42-43 minutes max. 44 minutes = 44-45 minutes max. 46 minutes = 46-47 minutes max. 48 minutes = 48-49 minutes max. 50 minutes = 50-51 minutes max. 52 minutes = 52-53 minutes max. 54 minutes = 54-55 minutes max.
